PHILIP RYLEY FRICS FBEng
Philip founded the Company in 1979 and is the Senior Partner with overall management responsibility. He brings a wealth of construction knowledge and experience to the Practice, and has a keen eye for providing Clients with unique, up-to-the minute designs.

PAUL NUTTON MRICS
Paul became a Partner in the Practice in 1983. His main area of expertise is in site finding, maximising development potential and the production of schemes, serving a multi-national Client base. Paul's background is set in the Health Authority and commercial field, giving him an in-depth insight to Client requirements.

MARILYN BRICHARD MRTPI
Marilyn is a longstanding member of our professional team with 20 years of experience in Local Authority and private practice. She is a well-known and respected client-representative at Planning Committee meetings and heads the Town Planning Department at Philip S Ryley & Co.

RICHARD LANGLEY ABEng
Richard is an experienced Architectural Technician and Building Engineer. He is also our Drawing Office Manager. Richard has an excellent working knowledge of Building Regulations and AUTOCAD.

PETR HANUS Ing
Petr comes from the Czech Republic and has a Masters Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering. Petr's speciality is Sustainable Drainage Systems.

DARREN HIRST
Darren is one of the Architectural Technicians at the Practice. Darren assists our Surveyors with Land and Measured Surveys and is currently studying at college for his National Certificate in Construction.

ANDREW LAWSON BA (Hons)
Andrew has been with the Practice since June 2006. Presently he is studying for a Master of Science Degree in Building Surveying at Leeds Metropolitan University and is looking to qualify in 2009.

MAGGIE SUTCLIFFE
Maggie has been with the Practice since 1987 and heads up the Administration Department. She has a wealth of secretarial experience and offers a wide range of administrative support to the Practice.

CHRISTINE RHODES
Christine joined the Practice in March 2007 as our Accounts Manager. She is here to ensure the smooth running of the Accounts Department.

SUE HUGGON
Sue works alongside Maggie in the Administration Department. Again, Sue is an experienced member of the Team.

TOM ALLBRIGHTON
Tom joined us after completing a Masters in Town and Regional Planning at the University of Sheffield. He is currently working towards becoming a Chartered Town Planner with the aim of being fully qualified in 2009.

THOMAS MURPHY GEOGRAPHY BA (Hons)
Thomas graduated from Huddersfield University in 2005. He has joined us to assist our planning team and is hoping to gain valuable experience as he pursues a career in Town Planning.
