On the new-build housing front, a former Mink Farm in Green Belt, and a forward thinking developer, gave us the opportunity to design a high quality executive development of modern stone houses, which incorporated local design elements such as mullion windows, stone fireplaces, timber beams and a range of traditional features to give a very special character and value to this rare Green Belt site.
Our speciality in the housing sector has always been conversions, and the success of our schemes for Northowram School, Riverside Mills and numerous barn conversions, shows we can make the most of even the least promising buildings.
